I would recommend going for Graduate First - this is not entry level as it is above Student and Technician. Its a great way to get membership and will be a lot quicker than the other grades. You may be hard pressed to get an exception from not having the required referee statements if you go for the higher grades. Member grade may require a Degree depending on which route you take.

Graduate

d) Member

(ii) Two referees currently holding an IFE Member or Fellow grade of membership (MIFireE or FIFireE)
