Care home with 30mins Fire doors

Hi,
Just after some guidance, care home - not modern building with 30min fire door on a 60min protected stairway - that isn't right is it? Or would it have been correct when built, we don't know the age if the building. Actually all fire doors within the care home are 30mins thickness. Resident bedrooms with the same thickness fire doors and Georgian glazing glass above the doors. Should the fire doors all be changed to 60mins? or do we go with assuming correctly built to previous old standards? Really looking for some expert advise, thanks
