Key board short cut keys

I know the obvious ones like ctrl C (copy) and ctrl (V) paste, ctrl P (print), there must be loads of other ones, does anyone know any more, I am having trouble using the mouse over extended periods of time and would be grateful if anyone knows any more keyboard shortcuts?

From your mainscreen 'help' i.e. my computer, click 'help index', type 'keyboard shortcuts', and open the choices to see.

Dear Gary,

You may find a 'tracker ball' will suit you better than a mouse. In effect it is a mouse upside-down but with a larger ball moved by finger-tip. I find them less tiring to use than mice and they take up less room because they do not have to be physically moved over a surface. An alternative is the touch-sensitive pad now generally found on lap-tops where again a finger is moved over a surface to replicate mouse movement.
Hope this is of help.

Alt + F4 = close window
Alt + Tab = switch windows

You can also navigate through the start menu button by pressing the windows icon key on the bottom left of your keyboard.

The key that is two to the right of your "Alt Gr" (sorry guys, but I know Gary has the same keyboard as me ;) ) is the same as a right click.

Consider your posture and ask for wrist rests or foot rests if necessary.
