Electronic Debrief System

London uses an electronic system to record issues arising from operational and training incidents. It allows points to be recorded about individuals, procedures and equipment. Information is input using the Brigade intranet. The information in it can be accessed centrally and anything about an individual is sent to them and their OIC.

The actual debrief is carried out face to face (if possible).

I am led to believe that it will be used as evidence to influence changes.
