going for promotion

hi there to all :)   just found this site so just finding my feet so to speak,
 anyway with regards to the subject,
can anyone out there give me advice as to what study,& or helpful hints when going for assessment for promotion,
this is my first attempt for the postion of Crew Managers.

First thing is to read things more carefully. This is the section for Q&A on the Fire Safety Order. You want fire service training or recruitment.
