Hi there, just pased my practical and interview test. jsut got to do my medical then i start my training. just wanted to know know what the soft skills weekend is?

If I remember correctly the soft skills weekend is just basically just an induction.

You'll probably find numerous brigade departments will come and talk to you such as Human Resources, Health and Safety, welfare dept, fire control, the unions and even the Cheif Fire Officer may come and have a informal forum with you etc etc.

On the whole nothing to be overly concerned with normally just the usual induction stuff.
