RANK to ROLE - 42 HR STATION OFFICERS

With regards to rank to role can I ask how have Brigades sorted the issue of Station Officers.
I understand that some Brigades that have 42 hour Station Officers in a speicialist role have alined them as Watch Managers while other Brigades have taken the view of making the 42s Station Managers. Fairness

As a 42 hr Youth Development Manager, my brigade as assimulated me as a WMB - I have asked for a review due to the role map I am more akin to SMA but I was told so long as I do not have any operational commitment my role is not a uniformed role and therefore take it or leave it...
