hi i found this hope it helps

The Chubb Controlmaster 100 Analogue Addressable Fire Alarm Control Panel utilises the latest in analogue addressable fire alarm technology to provide a high quality flexible fire detection system which is ideal for medium sized commercial and industrial premises.

Features

EN54 compliant
Surface or flush mounting
Reduced installation & cabling cost
Flexible programming to suit site requirements
Delayed sounder operation to allow investigation time
Day/night disablement to minimise unwanted alarms
Optional integral printer
Repeater panel available

Description

The Controlmaster 100 has been designed to comply with the requirements of the new European standard EN54. All control panels are engineered from high quality steel, with pre-formed 20mm knockouts located on the top of the enclosure for cable access. Smoke detectors, manual call points, loop powered sounders and other loop devices are wired onto a Controlmaster system via a single two wire loop. This reduces installation cabling costs when compared with the cost of installing a large conventional fire detection system. Powerful PC configuration software allows the system to be configured to suit individual site specific detection and control requirements. Facilities such as delayed sounder response and day/night disablement of individual devices allow the fire detection system to be managed effectively.
In addition to providing precise incident location reports via the two line backlit liquid crystal display, the control panel can be used to control building services such as voice alarm announcements, lift control, fire door closures, smoke vents and other appropriate measures. Controlmaster 100 can be connected to a Chubb Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). This will provide 24 hour remote monitoring ensuring a rapid response to fire or fault conditions.
Controlmaster 100 can be provided with an optional integral printer (40 characters per line).

I think it's a rebadged Kentec (THE ONE WITH THE YELLOW PLASTIC KEY YOU INSERT FOR ACCESS) but I can't remember which model.

I remember working with a Controlmaster a few times, if its the model im thinking of it is very similar to a Morley system with the main menu being 1 - commissioning, 2 - test, 3 - print, 4 - enable etc etc. If you google morley ias and use their manuals it should help.

User code is the standard 1234, commissioning code is possibly 3112.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply, but the main problem i've got is that the only controls i've got on the panel is evacuate, silence, reset, more events and enter. Now i have pressed all these buttons and still can't get access into the menu.Been booked in now to do a maintenance but i have no way of disabling the sounders and have to test over 50 detectors.Very noisy, urgent please help.

It will be a Kentec Solo 2 panel, running Hochiki or Apollo protocol.
You need a yellow plastic key to insert into the key aperture to access level 2.
Alternatively, use a stick!   Seriously, you can use a piece of wood or similar to operate the switch, - wedge it in!
Not a bad panel, bit fiddly, now superceded by Kentec Syncro AS.
You can test zones and disable sounders at level 2.
level 3 needs a code, can't give this on a forum tho.
Kentec are very helpful, try them for a key?

edit:   Its an original Solo, not a Solo 2, original had 5 buttons and "2" had 6.

Yes, its a rebadged Kentec Solo. Their software will work on it as well.. Chubb do not make anything themselves, its either Kentec, Protector Alarms or Kidde equipment.

I work for chubb. You can use anything to substitue for the yellow key. (A renault car key works well)

to access level 2, just hold down the enter key, the menu is very simple.

You can isolate both fire and fault relays, use test modes, isolate addresses and so on.

Level 3 access isn't really advisable unless you have Solo software readily available.

And to Buggy, Is their no-one in the world that doesn't know that commissioning code??? i think individual codes for companys are stupid, its a waste.
