Could anybody offer some advice?

Hi there,

My sisters boyfriend has been in the Army for about seven years now and has decided to pack it in. In the Army he has received both operational fire training (during the fire fighters strike a couple of years ago) and has been trained in risk assessment for buildings. He is in the process for looking for a job on civvy street and since there are lots of people on here from a wide range of disciplines within the industry, I thought I'd ask on his behalf if anyone would be able to recommend a particular sector or even perhaps a specific company that would be suited to his skills.
