I found the following list, all about fire related training and education;

Not sure how this fits in the USAR section....

This list is not comprehensive or up to date, for example the Universities of Leeds and Central Lancashire both offer Fire Engineering undergraduate and postgraduate courses. South Banks course is no longer running, as I understand it.

That's right, I have tried south bank the closest to me, I didn't find any thing related to fire training and education, I thought it is not a permanent thing rather external people using just the site of south bank to run the courses... etc that's why it may have a temporary web site within. In fact then it's no longer running such courses
