Hi guys, im in the process of completing my PQA'S and would be grateful to anyone if i could get any example PQA'S and also any info on the ITOP exam. I have previously completed my station officers with the fseb and feel a bit pissed off going through all this jargon. Any help would be great. THANKS. smoki12@aol.com

I am trying to prepare my PQA answers for a telephone interview. I have though of a few examples to use, sometimes not sure which PQA to apply to, still at least it's a start!

I am now trying put something down on paper for 'Situational Awareness' and was thinking of a time when i went to play an indoor 5 a-side football match and there was a leak from the ceiling which was causing a blind wet patch on the pitch.

Do you think this answer be any good or is not the kind of answer they are looking for?

Situational awareness should not be assessed through interview, it is done through the practical tests, effective communication being through the application form, written, practical and interview (but not by specific questioning, rather by the clarity of the individual's written and spoken use of language) and problem solving is, similarly, supposed to be tested by the practical tests.
