XLF 80 (En54) anyone heard of it ?

A fire control panel we have been asked to maintain, possibly a badged system currently looked after by Honeywell Gent.

Apparently it controls hardwired and Radio devices.

Haven't seen it yet, and have no other info, can't find it on google and wondered if anyone had any ideas ?

I believe you're refering to the XLS 80, which is a Notifier ID3000 panel rebranded, possibly using system sensor protocol.

It can use the Argus Vega loop translator which runs the Argus Vega radio devices, just as the Notifier systems uses.

Big_Fella is indeed correct. This is the Honeywell version of the ID3000.

Software is different to the ID3000 though. It's a Honeywell varient of the Notifier tool. You cannot use the ID3000 software on it.

The setup configuration at the panel is the same as the Notifier ID3000 so any Notifier distributor would be able to reconfigure with ease for you.  Also you may find that the detector heads are system sensor protocol which are easily obtainable.

Is there anything in particular you want to do with the system or is it maintenance of the system?

No it's maintenance.... have spoken to a friend at BBC and all is resolved..... thanks.
