The irony of our forum
« on: December 09, 2008, 04:07:49 PM »
On many occasions we have discussed risk and occupants in certain types of properties and we have all jovially talked about the petrol bomb juggling arsonist as the extreme of risk.

I was carrying out a fire risk assessment at a HMO on Monday and behind the sofa was a baton with petrol soaked hessian attatched to either end of it.

Yes ladies and gents a fire juggler lived in the HMO. Apparrently they also have a history of Arson.

Laugh it up.

Awesome.
