Recruitment of Fire Officers

Hi.  I am the Health and Safety Advisor to a large group of housing associations.  We manage 17000 properties to the West of London including flats, houses, carehomes, sheltered units etc

I would like to recruit an officer to assist in the inspection of buildings to meet requirements under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.  Could anyone advise me of the best place to look/advertise for suitable recruits?
