All,
I carried out a review of a fire risk assessment yesterday.
Whilst sitting in my car in the car park I saw smoke bilowing from the windows at the end of the premises. The bloody ink hadn't even dried!
Yes, the building was on fire (well some burnt food in a flat, but as a man I am allowed to sex this story up a bit)
I ended up having to put out a small fire in a flat (burning Naan Bread) and liaise with the fire service for an hour. You couldn't write it.
Other options that went through my mind were as follows:
Option 1
Re write FRA?
Issue Recommended Solution Priority and time scale Who to action?
Building is on fire Call Fire Brigade Very High - Immediate Me
Option 2
Tear up the FRA, ring the managing agent and say I would be late and drive off into the sunset......
