Firedex 1000 panel

Any idea what the outlook for spares and repairs to the old firedex 1000  panels installed in 1988-1990  is likely to be?
A client (housing association) has many of them at a number of properties and I was looking at 1, 2 5 and 10 year upgrade and investment plans for all fire safety aspects.
Are spares still readily available? On upgrading we need to take a leap forward to addressable and staged alarms and I dont want the plan to be derailed by unexpectedly having to replace the firedexes as a stop gap measure.

You have got more chance , with an audience with the Pope , however EBay is quite useful .

Why don't you put in the analogue panels , and run them with zone monitors until you are ready for the full bells and whistles .
You then have good room to navigate to suit the lay of the land .................  just a thought .

Prof., in the same vein as Galeon's advice, Haes now make a panel called the Fusion which accepts both addressable loop and non-addressable zone cards in any combination. i.e you can fit it with non-addressable zone cards now and replace them with addressable loops later. At the half-way point of system changeover, you can have one panel running both technologies.

To be fair, there are also many other addressable system panel manufacturers that have always offered a 'conventional zones' card that can be included in their panels.
