Smart objectives for Roles
« on: July 06, 2010, 03:35:31 PM »
We all know the EFSMs keep telling us to write SMARTer objectives, but there seems to be a distinct lack of them.

Does anyone know of any examples that have been written?

Of course they are specific to certain roles and job descriptions, but they do seem to be difficult to write for a fire safety role. Don't they ?

Cheers

I just Googled it, kurnal.

It could be Extended Finite State Machine, European Federation of Sports Medicine, Ethernet/FDDI Switching Module, European Federation of Societies for Microsurgery, Education for Shared Ministry, extended finite-state model, Electrical Field Signature Method, Emergency Fire Service Management, Engineering of Fibrous Smart Materials, Extended File Synchronisation Module, European Fecal Standards and Measurement (South Park), Education Finance Simulation Model or maybe something else.

Maybe it's the "fire" one.  They could have tried a bit harder and come up with a unique acronym, couldn't they?  Like, Fire And Rescue Command Experts.
