I am currently completing my dissertation in fulfilment of a Building Surveying Degree at the University of Salford, the title is "Retrofitting Passive Fire Protection Systems - An Evaluation of the Effectiveness & Suitability of Technologies".

you've got some funny questions there williduck. The Order doesnt apply to dwellings. I think you ought to familiarise yourself with the HHSRS and related housing legislation.
