Fire Door on Maglock

Hello people
are there any Fire Door gurus on here with an opinion to this question, ..

"Can you fit a maglock on a fire door with a green break glass and push bar or should the push bar be removed?"....

im thinking, Whats the point of having a green break glass if you`re going to hold it with a maglock

oh bugger, So sorry people,  Im looking at the above the totally wrong way  DUH, what a plank, I was visualising a magnet hold open device  ( my head hurts) NOW re reading the question and thinking about it, IF the door is  "Maglocked" I should think that would be released on activation of the fire alarm, however, should the door need to be used in non alarm situation/ or mag failed on alarm activation, then the green mcp release would still be required, I`m pretty sure (I`ll look it up) activation should be one handed/one system for exit, so new question/opinion is Would you remove the Pushbar

a. Not fitted with a lock, latch or bolt fastenings.
b. Fitted only with simple fastenings that are all of the following.
i. Easy to operate; it should be apparent how to undo the fastening.

Its that "Without requiring to manipulate more than one mechanism" that concerns me

I don't know of any maglocks that will release a pushbar latch in the UK. In the USA:

If you've got a pushbar why do you need a maglock?

Do you need a maglock to release on fire alarm but to prevent the door being used as a non-fire exit at other times, and/or a pushbar to prevent re-entry from outside during an alarm event?

You can get a pushbar that will break a maglock circuit but it doesn't have any physical locking action
