Think logically chaps...what sort of house is occupied by families who are not permitted to change anything? Including changing the electrics or even fitting carpets, decorating etc? Maybe the occupiers are busy elsewhere? (Iraq or Afghanistan etc!)

I'm probably gonna get into a lot of trouble now!
