Liaison with Insurance Companies

Has anyone got a contact in the fire insurance industry that could help me address the following requirement from the Fire Safety National Occupational Standards

'The role of property insurers in protection against fire loss and the attitudes of insurers to fire prevention and fire protection'

I would be looking for someone to speak to FSO's in a local authority Brigade in the Midlands area. I think it could potentially be of benefit to both parties and the business community if the FSO's are aware, of the insurance company's role and concerns with regards to fire safety, when carrying out fire safey audits of premises.
