« on: January 29, 2008, 08:04:33 PM »
I have just removed this system and cant find any info on the web about it. Does anybody out their have the software for this panel as i only took it out because the customer liked the other panel in another building and wanted the same in theirs (dimension). I would like to think i can use it again but there again it was fitted in 1999, do you think its past its sell by date. Was running apollo kit.

If I remember firedex of JSB Company which is part of Cooper now, like Menvier and two others companies..., I had been in the same situation couple of years ago, JSB Company that time refused to give us the software, they said we send you our own engineer and we charge £400 a day, even commissioning one single device...

We fitted Dimension of Morley and since then every thing been OK

I would say, take advice of Grame, its place is in the bin, if you are not EX-JSB engineer there is no way to get the software, except from any generous Ex-JSB engineer...

obsolete 3000 panels used apollo detectors and were replaced by the 3302 equally apalling really.
mind you not as bad as the self learning version (soft addressing) you will find heat detectors wont work on loop 2
