Current Dutch standard for Fire & Voice Alarms?

Morning all,

Can anybody point me in the direction of where I can find the current standards for designing fire and voice alarms in Holland? I have a bunch of drawings here all marked 'to Netherlands standard' but I can't really tell if EN54/ 5839 Part 8 et al will comply. Google just makes me mad and Wikipedia is about as much use as (...), well, make up your own analogy!

I have read another post on here stating (some years ago) that EN54 complies, but before I go ahead designing a system, I'd like to see if anyone knows any more.
