Does anybody know where i can purchase a copy of the above document? Tried TSO they have not heard of it.

I do have an electronic version but would like a hard copy.

CJ - HTM documents are normally available from TSO as you are aware, and Part K is on the list there as been a great deal of revision with the Firecode series.

Are you sure Part K has been published yet?
Last I heard of it was when I saw it for comment in draft form, that was probably 12 months ago.
I cannot seem to find it listed on TSO or DOH websites.
You could try asking Paul Roberts at DOH, I think he writes them!

Thank's for that, It must have been launched with a blaze of publicity! The Trust I work with are unaware it is out...we have been using the draft...better get a copy...

Seems it is indeed out in Electronic Copy, but according to the reply I got from TSO...

'I have investigated the below publication request and to find out prices and availability of the "HTM 05-03 Part K". This edition is the most up to date 2008 version. It is not available on the TSO Bookshop at the moment as it has not been published.

You can pre-order this publication by contacting the TSO Customer Services directly quoting this ISBN number 9780113228126. '

I have spoke to someone from NAHFO (national association of healthcare fire offices) who has recieved an email from Paul Roberts at the DoH in regards to this matter, I have quoted the email below.

'My understanding is that hard copies will no longer be routinely published. My information is that with effect from April, copies will only be printed by the Stationary Office on demand. This [HTM 05-03 Part K] will be on the DH Knowledge & Information Portal (where the NHS accesses our guidance for free)'

I also believe it is available from websites such as Babour and IHS online

If you still have problems contact Paul at the DoH as i think he can issue copies of the HTM's to NHS Trusts for free

Many thanks, I have printed off the pdf version.
Sounds like CJ will have to wait a little while for TSO to supply a 'pukka' copy though.
I gather it only came out in April?
