Hi, i have had dealing with Tayside Fire Service regarding one of my areas of responsibility which i have serious concerns about, there has been a risk assessment carried out in 2004 by the DWP and we commissioned one in 2007 both highlighted serious concerns which have not been addressed, this is a governement owned building (DWP)my staff are contractors, we run medical examinations on behalf of the department of work and pensions, when i contacted tayside they listened but to be honest didnt think there was much they could do, the asked me to look at the Fire Safety Reform Scotland Act and stated that it was more stringent than the Fire Safety Reform England and Wales, i have looked at both of these and to be honest i cant see any real difference in the requirements, can anyone help me and point out what the differences are
