Baa Firefighter

Dear all,

I have my interview for Baa Gatwick Firefighter at the end of this month, and having got some info from different sources, i was hoping that any of you may have some tips and advice.

Im pretty sure the interview takes the 'Please describe a situation when you......' structure, is this so?

Im thinking it will contain subjects on Diversity and equality etc etc.  Im looking to research as much as possible but want to make sure im heading in the right direction first.

Any help or advice would be a big help, and very much appreciated.
