Are any groups out there using the guidance in this Document for dealing with HMO's etc?

We are.  The protocol is working very well overall thus far. Any particular reason you ask Jokar? or are you just gathering a general consensus of who is using it?

Yep. Working well for us.

Generally, either party will take a representitive from the other when applicable anyway.

We do indeed

That said  there may be times when it would be justifiable to move away from the recommendations in the table to take enforcement action even if we aren't necessarily the lead authority. But again only when justifiable.

We are too, initially caused a few problems as the local housing department unearthed all there old custards. This meant we spent a disproportionate amount of time on flats above shops. But, everything has now settled down.
