Its a tricky one if you have been looking after it for a while, but if you have inherited the site you should highlight the faults, handcuffs or not :D

Apparently in theory yes, but in the real world, you have to pretend some times as blind, psychi., crazy, or ignorant... etc, otherwise the flooding may wipe you out of the way... etc.

Some one else once said: ' life is..., with who is..., standing up. '  :)
