I work for a charity in the south west that provides residential care/dementia care/very sheltered housing etc for the elderly, spread over four seperate sites, approximately 600 residents total.
I was wondering if any similar organisations would be interested in some form of benchmarking or sharing of information. The idea would be to see if we can learn from each other and spread best practice in the fire prevention/emergency response areas of our activities.
At the moment we are doing what we think is right, but we are in our own little bubble. We have little or no idea how others are dealing with what must be similar problems to ourselves.
