DCLG have just published a 107 page Initial Evaluation of the Effectiveness of the RRO.

Evidently it is working very well and all are happy with it!!!  Just some minor concerns over the England and Wales defintion of a Responsible Person.

Seems to be a small sample and business-orientated. My area of interest and other community-run projects (such as village halls) seem to have been ignored. It's an area where there are problems particularly where the FSO is a completely new area for such organisations to take in. And the CLG guidence has to cover such a range of buildings in one document......!
