I received the above inquiry recently and would like to know if there is any reference to this in the BS or guidance on sprinklers?

Actually TW we had a meeting today with some sprinkler engineers who will be putting a sprinkler system in our new HQ and that very question was asked, the answer... Foul drain as the water from the tank is not rain water so should not go to storm drain.
