Alcohol based handwash

Just completed a risk assessment relating to the use of IPA based handwash. Some key findings are:

Ignition of other fuels is not possible at distances > 1 metre.

At distances of < 0.25 metres the combustion of a typical 500 ml container will result in a Radiant Heat Flux capable of resulting in the piloted ignition of timber.

At 2 litres the RHF is at the level of the Critical Heat Flux of materials considered difficult to ignite.

Dual bottle stations of 1 litre and above have the potential to contribute to fire spread.

Does this risk assessment relate to a specific product, or do these results apply to all Alcohol based hand wash products?

I assume the composition of these washes will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.

It would apply to all products based on 70% IPA. I will look at 70% Ethanol
