I agree the scottish determination was very good as for the 2 english ones, well !!!!!

Actually, I think that the two English determinations reached the correct conclusion. But then the shock revelations of Demontim unnerved me, along with word on the streets about private revelations in a conference session from which the public were excluded.......

Do you not think that the omission of speaking to English Heritage in the first one was a mistake?  or is it that the RP did not make a sufficient case in the submission.  As regards the second, I know and understand the arguments but the relevant person bit in the FSO has made a change and I think it should have an impact whether that was it does not matter or we will look at that as far as the legislation concerned.  I think it leaves unanswered questions.
