It's one of the more common generics used by the fire trade for this purpose. Strictly speaking only OEM approved additives should be used, but in practice this is rarely practicable. Most are simply Ethylene glycol based.
Whilst pre-measured bottles of freezol are produced for 6 & 9 litre extinguishers they do use the caveat of referring to manufacturers instructions, unfortunately many don't see the low temperature market as big enough to warrant fire testing or even produce antifreeze ratio instructions.
The TOTAL range from Germany (now distributed by Jactone now Express Fire have dropped them & Orientx in favour of Moyne Roberts) does include 9 litre water & 6 litre foam extinguishers complete with LFA that work down to -20C with a kitemarked fire rating at this temperature
