I think that our local sheltered accommodation has got it just right. Rather than a simple zero tolerance policy, they manage safety with care and flexibility. When a resident has reached the age of 117 then the resident may keep, flower arrangements and not more than three ferret cages in the communal areas that may be used in an emergency. Once a resident reaches 125 they may keep a host of things including not more than 100 litres of petrol. However, with respect to the latter, the home does insist that a petroleum licence is issued by the local council.
Ah Lyle. The good old NI common sense approach. Not very common is it. Whatever did happen to that 5Kg of Semtex that Mabel kept under her bed before she departed? Is it kept for the next 150 year old to take up residency?

I am very surprised they allow that without the written permission of the resident's parents.

Big Al, the old duck seems a nice old lady, you and she might click if you go and sort out her flower problem-you know how you like younger women.

A|most, I forgive Clevvers all his sins, cos he is a Northerner and doesn't know any better,  You will be pleased to know, talking of Xmas, that we have just booked a NI band for our company Xmas party.

Almost it will be for them to keep up with me, as I will be doing a few numbers on drums, but hey I am used to working alongside amateurs (in the English FRS).

Clevey, Watersquirters and the BlueLights aren't a patch on the professionals and they only play outdated covers of bing corsby's greatest hits, strictly in accordance with the rules of the old 1950s score. You wont enjoy their music. No one does.
