Hi all ,does anyone know the "effect"  that humans take on leaving a warm building, no flames, possibly not even smoke(under a fire alarm activation )on opening a final exit and feeling the cold sleet hail  inclement weather etc will slow down dramatically,potentially causing a build up/blockage at a final exit,before if at all exiting the premises. I believe that some scientist boff  has carried out lengthy studies on this and slapped a named "effect" on it ??

yes it is an interesting read and shows how human instinct  and familiarity with an exit route to" go out the route you came in" takes precedence over alternate "signed" exit routes which are unfamiliar. What sheep we are
