Sprinkler Course

Can anyone recommend a reasonable one day course for sprinklers. I have persuaded my boss that I should be doing CPD but have been allowed only one day to attend a course. I need to polish my knowledge up on sprinklers.

Any help would be appreciated.

The Association of Building Engineers run half-day and one day courses on Residential Fire Sprinklers (BS 9251 etc). Also BSi are doing full day courses. As fire & rescue services seem mainly concerned with the domestic/residential arena I'm sure these will suffice.
More in depth courses for commercial and industrial premises etc are run by the Fire Service College I understand. However, beware: I find that often the BS5306 type of course is too deep for fire service needs and is mainly aimed at installers. Contact me if you need further help.
