Does anyone know of any fire evacuation modelling packages or software available for purchase.

I am aware of STEPS (Mott Macdonald) and Building Exodus (Fire Safety Engineering Group) but am not sure what others are available.

SOA have recently developed and successfully used EvaQ8.   EvaQ8 is a new evacuation simulation model that represents the premises using a relationship modeling approach.  Each component is either a compartment or an exit.  These components have a number of optional and mandatory parameters that can be altered before or during the simulation.  Currently version 2 is being developed by SOA Associates to provide a cleaner user interface, with additional analytical features.
