South Africa office fire

I wonder if anyone can help me please. I was in South Africa in June 1997. Whilst there, either in Pretoria or Joberg, I came across a huge burnt out office block. One of the magazines in the Fire press carried an article about the fire subsequently under the title of Disaster recovery or management. I'm desperate for a lead and possibly some photos.
I believe the building was the municipal offices for the city.
I've done web searches and the Fire Prevention mag.
Does anyone remember it.

I was there just before christmas and saw the videos! Pretoria had two serious high rise fires like this within a short space of time. To be honest I cannot recall too much information. More recently Jo'berg has also ht a couple of serious high rise fires just last year. I would write to them and they will assist you I am sure.
