Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can access guidance documents similar to our ADB, RRfsO guides etc. that are in use or applicable in other Eurpoean countries particularly  Spain, France, Scandinavia. And preferably in English !

You will be lucky.

Nothing so straightforward. Most of them have regs similar to what we had before 1985. The Germans just have a great big list of Standards for everything.

If you are working over there it pays to partner with a local.
