Key fires of the 20th Century - report copies

I have an interest in the key fires that have influenced fire legislation in the UK, but have come to a dead end. Ebay has produced hard copies of the FPA reports into the Summerland & Sao Paulo Fires and a few paragraphs at the start of a practical guide for fire officers into the 61 Factories Act certification regarding Eastwood Mills, Keithley, Technical Index has produced digital copies of the Woolworths & Bradford fires, but I am looking for:

Eastwood Mills, Keithley, Yorkshire in February 1956
Top Storey Club in Bolton on 1 May 1961
William Henderson & Sons in June 1960
Rose and Crown Hotel, Saffron Walden on Boxing Day 1969

Anything of substance will do - the offical report, any FPA or IFE report, even an extended article in the FIRE magazine issues of the day. Copies or scans will suffice in place of originals if required.

I suggest you join the Fire Service College library.  All these fires are recorded in great detail there.  It was £100 to join for an individual last year.  The library can be searched online and the library staff are very helpful and will post reports etc to you.

Having worked at The FSC for a number of years I can vouch for boroboys' statement. It is worth travelling to the College to spend a day or week browsing. Some books, reports etc can be sent on loan.
