Storage of powered wheelchairs

Agreed Jokar, I know the solution isn't down to the assessor. But the recommendation by the assessor to mitigate the risk isn't to store the chair in a protected route. The recommendation would be to find / convert / build a new charging area or put the buggy's in the flats.
