if your customer sends them a fax they will be able to send you a reset code

have spoke to advance as im not an account customer they cant give me commissioning code for panel

If the panel has been left at default codes then the user code and engineer code will be the same as in the manual.page 43

If you are taking over a system that is no longer under contract to the previous contractor,when you are asked to enter password for level 3 type in anything then enter,when you get password invalid,type in 0 and it will give you an 8 digit encription code that you will need to quote to Advanced.
