Bed & Breakfast prosecution

Just been talking to a friend who is still a serving FSO and he mentioned that there may have been a prosecution of a small B&B under the RRO. Is anyone aware of any such action and where we might find any information on it

Hi Colonel!

Although we haven't prosecuted any B&B premises, we did have an appeal against an Enforcement Notice served on one last year!

The Court found in our favour (not suprisingly!) and, as the premises has now closed for winter, we are still waiting for the works to be done!

Monkey Boy thanks for the link, my old brigade are gearing up for some prosecutions in the coming months, but havnt lined up any B&Bs yet
