Ok, time to 'out' myself!
I have an interest in fire history, notably the portable extinguisher side (hence most of my longer postings here being on the subject!)
As a result I have a substantial collection of product & technical literature on extinguishers over the last 90 years, but am always after more stuff.
Most of the time I have to rely on eBay, but in my work do sometimes come across stuff (including actual extinguishers, but I don't actively seek them out as I have no room left!) a recent coup being in an old industrial site whose technical library was complete & hadn't been cleared out when they shut and it was full of stuff from the 70's & 80's.
Basically what I am after is anything remotely extinguisher oriented from any time period up to the 1990's.
If anyone whose been in the job for some time has anything they don't need any more in the above category i'd be grateful to receive it (or if you are collecting your self scans will be equally great)
Free would be nice, but I can also pay in extinguishers (current ones!), swap of scans of literature, etc.
I am in the FSPG, but they are more obsessed with fire engines.
