4. Bedrooms
5. Storage Room
6. Ice Room
7. Office
8. Electrical Room
9. Mechanical Room
10. Cold Room
11. Pump Room
1. Main Door : Depends where it is
2. Kitchen : Depends where it is
3. Toilet & Bath : Probably none
4. Bedrooms : Depends where it is
5. Storage Room : Depends where it is
6. Ice Room : Depends where it is
7. Office : Depends where it is
8. Electrical Room : Depends where it is
9. Mechanical Room : Depends where it is
10. Cold Room : Depends where it is

Have I been much help?
My point really being: A main door could be the main door to a house, which could be made out of paper as far as fire is concerned, but the main door to a flat should generally be FD30S. A kitchen doesn't generally need a fire door, unless it is opening onto an escape route, in particular a dead end, in which case, good old FD30S but even then it could depend on the type of kitchen. The bedrooms could be FD20 in a flat, but good old FD30S in a hotel where the bedroom opens onto the corridor... An office may not need any fire doors, unless it opens onto a stair or is involved in some sort of dead end condition. Need I go on?
You may need to read more than just the appendix...
