What is difference between Grade A pt 6 system and 5839 Pt 1 system?

Very little.  The differences are detailed in Part 6 with regard to sound levels, height of MCP's, hearing impaired people and some other bits.  There is a table in part 6 that allows you to reflect on the differences.

Note 1-it will be generally appropriate to at least consider MCP's on a grade A system.

The big difference is standby battery capacity.
