Design and build project needs help

I have been asked if i can help out with a small design and build project at a major midlands hospital that is in difficulties. To be honest HTM is the achilles heel of my CV and I havn't time to go through a steep learning curve to feel confident and secure in HTM05-02.

I have not accepted the job but have promised to help find a suitably experienced and competent person to take it on. I cannot give any more details on the forum but if anyone is interested to hear more please phone or email me.
