Test mode sets alarm again ???

This happens in one of our custormers site with 24 advanced MX4000, all networked together..., when set the systems of the same building in test mode, and tested a MCP, alarm went off again in the same building even every thing has been isolated through 'disable output' option and zones set in test mode too.


What could be the problem ?

Software conflict, config file, cause and effects...?

Checked the causes and effects, and nothing found to be wrong!

Has any one had such problem?
