The new fix isn't working well - it's no laughing matter for companies with a strict IT policy and webpage tracking (more common than you think) if you get stuck on for gross misconduct because the site you are viewing has porn links (I know you'dbe able to explain eventually, but its a lot of hassle).

Whats worse is these threads are not being deleted promptly. I normally try & visit Firenet at least once a day & would be happy to erase such junk if given admin rights

If ~I happen to go anywhere near that our webmarshall thing will block this site (as it does for swear words).It's a right pain in the arias as Im on a couple of other sites that I can't access now.

To be fair Chris Houston is normally lightning quick to delete any unsavoury posts - perhaps he is away today and not at a computer.

I did warn everyone not to view the 'unsavoury' thread and I did warn it contained porn!

Don't be surprised by the large number of 'views' on the thread GregC - it was probably me returning to it to ensure I hadn't missed anythng the previous times!

If Chris can't resolve the issue from a pure software point of view, I would respectfully suggest that a new system where new members have to send their basic details to Chris (for vetting) for him then to manually add them to the site would have to be considered.

I often hear warnings about visiting these sites- it can lead to software problems. I did have a look at this thread and now I seem to have a hardware problem.

Not that you need it Kurnal but did you know that you can buy Viagra on line. All you need is a PC and a 3 1/2 inch floppy
